We pride ourselves in providing travel services depending on our client's request. We highly recommend all clients to understand the terms and conditions before making a reservation/booking with us. This is also to exercise your rights as a customer having an agreement between "TRAVMAGNET TRAVEL AGENCY"  and our suppliers.

1. ABOUT US

TRAVMAGNET TRAVEL AGENCY or know as "TRAVMAGNET" is an online local and travel website promoting travel services, e-commerce, and travel content worldwide.

Our services include flight reservations, hotel booking, airport transfer, travel insurance, land arrangement packages, travel packages, tours and activities for solo travelers, couples, family, and group tours, Classes and Workshops, Cruises, Sailing, and Water Tours, Cultural and Theme Tours, Day Trips and Excursions, Family Friendly Tours, Food, Wine, and Nightlife, Holiday and Seasonal Tours, Luxury and Special Occasions, Multi-day and Extended Tours, Outdoor Activities, Private and Custom Tours, Shopping & Fashion, Shore Excursions, Shows, Concerts, and Sports, Sightseeings, Tickets, and Passes, Spa Tours, Theme Parks, Tours and Sightseeings, Transfers and Ground Transport, Unique Experiences, Walking and Biking Tours, Water Sports, and Weddings and Honeymoons

2. BOOKING CONDITIONS
 

  • ​All travel arrangements can only be done by making a request through our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/travmagnetph), Email (info@travmagnet.com or travmagnetph@yahoo.com) and using the contact form via our website (www.travmagnet.com/contact) only. 

  • You will receive an email, text message or via a call with the price quotation, inclusions, and exclusions and other details to your email and/or the contact number that you will provide from our travel experts. 

  • You will be responsible to notify us if you wish to proceed and finalize the booking/reservation or not. You may reply to our email, via a text message or call. If we do not receive any feedback, it will automatically be canceled and you may need to contact us again to process another quotation unless we provide a payment due date or cancellation date for your reservation.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of your booking. There are instances that you may need to pay a downpayment for offline bookings like group tours, hotel booking, travel packages, and other non-system arrangements. These are bookings/reservations directly processed directly to the supplier and not using an online booking system.

  • Once payment is completed, you will receive your e-ticket, travel voucher, or a document as proof of your transaction with us.

  • For visa applications, we will send the application form to your email and you are required to send us the documents via a courier. All shipping fees associated will be shouldered by the client. 

  • Travmagnet Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel bookings when service is not available or not paid in full before the given payment date. 

  • By submitting a booking, the Client warrants and confirms to TRAVMAGNET TRAVEL AGENCY that he/she complies with these arrangements. This Agreement is published in compliance with and is governed by the provisions of Philippine law.

3. TERMS OF PAYMENT

​

We can only accept payments to our Paypal (travmagnetph@yahoo.com), Dragonpay, MLhuillier, Coins PH and subject to the terms and conditions of our affiliate companies. The client is responsible to pay any transaction fee associated with the chosen payment option.

All Prices quoted on TRAVMAGNET TRAVEL AGENCY  are in PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP) and per person, unless otherwise specified. All payments are due in PHILIPPINE PESOS.  TRAVMAGNET TRAVEL AGENCY  is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.

 

4. COMPLAINS

​

Our main goal is to provide our clients with excellent help with their travel needs. If our Clients, for any reason, are not satisfied with our holiday package, we would like to hear about it. We recommend our Client to contact us as soon as any incident occurs.

All complaints must reach TRAVMAGNET TRAVEL AGENCY as soon as the incident occurs. Please call  TRAVMAGNET TRAVEL AGENCY at +63-936-9493025, from wherever.  The client may email us at info@travmgnet.com / travmagnetph@yahoo.com. If a problem arises during Client’s trip, please contact us immediately, so that we can assist you. All notices and communications shall be in writing, in English and shall deemed given if delivered personally or by commercial messenger or courier service, or mailed by registered or certified mail (return receipt requested) or sent via email/ facsimile, with due acknowledgment of complete transmission to the following address: TRAVMAGNET TRAVEL AGENCY 369 San Roque St. Brgy. San Juan, Kalayaan, Laguna 4015 Philippines

Any contract or dispute between us and these Reservations conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippines law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of  Kalayaan, Laguna, Philippines.


The effective date of this policy is April 16, 2018. It replaces all prior privacy policies issued by TRAVMAGNET TRAVEL AGENCY. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time. Visitors to this Travel Website should review our policies from time to time to stay abreast of changes.

Kindly note that we are working as an Online Travel Agent. All of the transactions will be made online.
