Other good to know information:

Test before you travel

A negative RT-PCR result not earlier than forty-eight (48) hours prior to traveling to Boracay is mandatory. Travelers are strongly advised to observe strict quarantine immediately after undergoing the test until the date of travel to the island.

No face mask + No face shield = No Ride for all PUVs

Keep your safety gear on and observe proper physical distancing. Only a maximum of two (2) passengers on tricycles and a maximum of four (4) passengers on e-trikes are allowed. Keep your tourist QR code with you at all times

Have a printed copy on hand or a digital copy on your smartphone. The QR Code will be used in accessing services in Boracay Island.

Remember to register before swimming in the ocean

Go to designated beach stations and have your temperature checked before going into the water. You can swim in the marked areas between red and yellow flags from 6am to 6pm.

I also made research and contacted some accredited laboratories who are offering RT-PCR tests in Metro Manila, Laguna and Visayas. They offering it for 4,500 up to 11,000, public/private hospitals/clinics. You will get the result within 3-5 days if a regular test or if you want it rush you have to add a certain amount of money, approximately P3,000. You may also need to add more if you need a hard copy of the certificate, approximately P500.

Most of the private hospitals can give the result within 48 hours. It's better to contact them first before visiting the clinic to avoid unforeseen issues.
