The United States government has made decisions that may affect the travel of the customers you serve. As of January 26, 2021, the United States government is requiring proof of a negative COVID-19 test or recovery from COVID-19 for all air passengers arriving in the United States from another country. This also includes U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents 2 years of age or older. Travelers must get tested no more than 3 days before their flight to the U.S. departs. Proof of the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 must be provided to the airline before boarding the flight. Please refer directly to the airline’s website for more information, as the process for providing proof may vary. The requirements above were correct as of January 21 and may be changed by the United States government on short notice.
