Easy Champorado Pinoy Recipe | Food Vlog


It's already November and we usually experience unpredicted downpours in the Philippines this time of year. Therefore, I hunger for this all-time morning breakfast meal for Filipinos which is "Champorado" especially this chilly Christmas season.

Ingredients:


  • 5 cups of water 1 cup of glutinous rice (malagkit rice).

  • I used my left-over Korean short-grain rice.

  • 1 can (115ml) of sterilize milk or you can use evaporated milk or any milk you wish to add.

  • 5 tablea

  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar or you can use any type of sugar

  • 2 pieces of salted-dried fish or "tuyo" or more.


**This recipe serves 2-3 persons.
