How to check your South Korea Visa Application Status Online

We all want to get the answer as soon as we sent the documents to the travel agency where we applied our South Korea Visa application and instead of calling and emailing them. There is an easy way to check the standing of your application online. It's very easy to check the application status online. You just need few information to obtain the details and I will walk you through on how you can do it.
1. Go to Korea Visa Portal.
Just go to Korea Visa Portal at www.visa.go.kr and look for "Check Application Status" tab on the left side corner of the screen. Hover on the tab and click "Check Application Status & Print".
2. Enter your information.
On the search box, Choose "Diplomatic Office" option. Next is select "Passport No." on the drop down list and then enter your passport number. After that, type your name as shown in your passport in this format 'Last Name First Name" (Ex. SANTOS JOHN). Lastly, select 'Year-Month-Day' of your Date of Birth on the calendar.
Click the 'search' button afterwards.
3. Check the result.
You will get the result after a few seconds if you got approved or not.
Tips!
Please note that the regular visa processing takes 5 working days for first time travellers, and 3 working days for frequent travellers. The Express visa processing takes 2 working days.
Make sure to check the status within the given time frame. Don't get too excited. Let's hope that we will get a positive feedback from accredited travel agency.
