We are excited to announce that our Buy Onboard service will resume effective 21 December 2020.
Passengers can look forward to purchasing noodles or snack packs packed in a bright orange Jetstar drawstring bag, limited ala carte snacks and beverages on board. Attached in this mail is a preview of our On Board menu.
In conjunction with the resumption of Buy Onboard service, Jetstar Asia (3K) will temporarily be suspending cash transactions on all our flights. During this time, we will only accept credit card payments on board. Photo ID is required with all credit card purchases.
Suspending cash payments on board all Jetstar Asia flights is one of the wellbeing measures we’ve introduced as part of our Fly Well program and is designed to reduce unnecessary contact during flights. It also allows for simpler, quicker transactions on board.
