  1. Indonesia Travel Restrictions Indonesia will temporarily close its borders to foreigners from 1​ to 14​ January​ 2021​. Foreigners entering Indonesia from 28​ to 31​ December​ 2020​ are required to take a RT-PCR (Rapid Test-Polymerase Chain Reaction) within 2 days before their flight.   2. New Standardised Certificate for Travelling to Mainland China The Chinese Embassy in Singapore has released a new version of a standardised test certificate to simplify relevant procedures and improve efficiency. This new standardised certificate will combine both the negative certificates of COVID-19 nucleic acid and IgM antibody test. If relevant testing institution issues the new standardised certificate, passengers only need to submit the two-in-one certificate while applying for the health code.   1. Transit through Singapore New cities (Yangon & Phuket) have been approved for SIA, SilkAir and Scoot transit flights through Singapore. Please click here for a full list of cities approved for transit flights through Singapore
